Year-End Performance

Our Annual Year-End Performance is open to all Students

 

Meadowvale Theatre 6315 Montevideo Rd

(Battleford & Montevideo near Erin Mills Parkway and south of Highway 401)

Show dates: June8^th at 6:30pm and June 9^th at 1:00 pm & 7:00pm.  

Students may be scheduled to perform in 1 or 3 shows.

Schedules will be posted approximately 6 weeks prior to the show dates.

Tickets will be on sale at Meadowvale Theatre approximately 4 weeks in advance for $26.00 each plus HST. Tickets can be purchased at the Meadowvale Box Office or via telephone using a major credit card by calling 905-615-4720.

They can now also be purchased online at www.meadowvaletheatre.com

Shows can sell out fast so get your tickets early.

                                        Tickets are non-refundable.

Year End Performance Dress Rehearsal                         

Dress Rehearsal for all Recreational & Competitive students will be on Friday June 8th, 2012 starting at 9:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

All Rehearsals take place at Meadowvale Theatre. Dress rehearsal is closed and spectators are not permitted in the auditorium. Rehearsal schedules outlining your child's approximate rehearsal time will be handed out in May 2012.

Estimated Costume Price Ranges (Exclusive of Taxes):

           Pre-School                                       $100.00 to $140.00

           Young Beginners                              $100.00 to $160.00

           Juniors                                              $110.00 to $180.00

                 Teens, Intermediates and Seniors    $130.00 to $250.00

 

Costume Deposits:

A costume deposit of $50.00 is due at registration for each year-end performance costume.  A 2^nd costume deposit of $50.00 is required when returning your participation form to the studio office on or before November 12, 2011.  Should the student not wish to participate in the year-end performance, costume deposits are fully refundable up until November 26, 2011 provided all other fees are paid in full. After November 26, 2011 all deposits are forfeited.  Once participation forms are signed, clients are obliged to pay for the full price of the costume even if the student decides to quit dance before the year-end performance.

 

Pictures and Videos

The Studio contracts a videographer to produce professional quality Videos and DVD’s of all performances. Should you want still photos of your child in their dance costume our annual picture day is tentatively booked for Sunday April 22, 2012 pending the studio competition schedule. The photographer offers single and package prices on photos. Sample photos for viewing are available throughout the Studio.
